Excellent Quality

The quality of the product is excellent, it washes well and is comfortable to wear. The ordering system is difficult- waiting 2 months for a product, losing orders, frequently following up on orders, having to go to school without a top in September when it was ordered in July, would make me use another store- the problem is, we have no choice. Staff seem to be unaware of what other staff are doing so mix ups seem to happen frequently. I have been dealing with Bourkes for three years and not one order has been simple. As I said, the product is great, but if I had a choice, I would go somewhere else because of the difficulty with placing and getting orders.

All items ordered are perfect and great quality. Excellent & super efficient delivery lads. Thanks a million. And huge thanks to Lorraine for delivery to my door.
