How long does it take to fulfil my order?
Stock Items
For items that are in stock and don’t require any customisation we aim to fulfil all orders the next working day.
Club Shop Orders / Customised Orders
Such items are made on demand. Due to the complexity of these orders we aim to dispatch all customised orders within a 3-week timeframe. A large majority of orders are fulfilled much sooner. This is dependent on stock levels and market demand at the time your order is placed.
If this timeline is under threat a member of our team will notify you as soon as possible.
Dispatch Notification
You will receive a notification from us when your order is dispatched. This is followed by a second email from DPD courier which will contain the tracking details of your order.
Note: Deliveries may take longer during sale or clearance promotion periods, including Black Friday events.

- Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Hong Kong, Hungry, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweeden.
6 Days
- Australia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Portugal.
7 Days
- Bulgaria, Greece, New Zealand, Romania.
Currently, we do not deliver to:
- Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland

How much does delivery cost?
Get Free Shipping when you spend €90/£85.
Standard shipping rates to Ireland are €6.00/£6.00.
Standard shipping rates to the United Kingdom are €12.50/£12.50.
Outside of Ireland and the UK all parcel delivery charges are calculated by weight. All delivery fees are calculated automatically once you enter the shipping address.
Is there Free Shipping?
Free Shipping applies to all orders over €90/£85 that are being shipped to any loaction in Ireland or Mainland UK.

Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately as this ensures your order has entered our system correctly.
Once your order is received, it will be processed, picked and packaged as efficiently as possible.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification from us.
This is followed by a second email from DPD courier which will contain the tracking details of your order. On receipt of this email, you will be able to track the parcel from Bourke HQ, right to your door. -
In-Store Collection
Check Store Locations & Opening TimesFree Click and Collect is available on all orders. These orders can only be collected at Bourke Stores.
Once your order has been fulfilled from our warehouse facility, you will receive a notification to say your order has left our fulfilment facility. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to arrive to your nominated store.

Sometimes we can ship orders separately depending on stock levels at different locations.
Where this is the case, the rest of your order should be with you shortly. If your order is being split, you will receive a notification stating this.If you have checked the above and you haven’t received a notification about your order being split, please let us know and a member of our team will investigate it for you.
After your order is placed, our system keeps a digital trail of each item stating which items were picked for your order, which member of staff picked those items, the time they were picked at, and when the order was dispatched.
To resolve this please log your order below and make sure to state your order number (Your order number will either start with either IE or COM).

Customs & Import Fees
In most cases, customs or imports duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
Will I be charged handling fees or taxes?
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Will I be charged for customs and import charges?
Bourke Sports has no control over these charges, and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Gift Card Delivery
Where a gift card is purchased online a digital gift card will be emailed to the email address you used to complete the purchase.
This digital gift card consists of a discount code. Anyone with this code can avail of the discount so make sure you keep it in a safe place!
We only offer a physical gift card where a gift card is purchased in one of our stores.
