  • Do Club Shop Items take longer to deliver?

    As all club shop and teamwear orders require customisation it can take up to 3 weeks to dispatch your order. A large majority of orders are fulfilled much sooner. This is dependent on stock levels and market demand at the time your order is placed.

    We aim to dispatch all online shop orders within a 3-week timeframe. If this timeline is under threat a member of our team will notify you as soon as possible.

    For teamwear orders, we also aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks of your order date. Your designated sales representative
    can confirm a more exact dispatch date when you place your order.

    You will receive a notification from us when your order is dispatched. This is followed by a second email from DPD courier which will contain the tracking details of
    your order.

  • What is Customisation?

    Customisation is the adding of a club logo and/or names/initials to s garment.

    Do to the complexity of customisation refunds and exchanges are exempt from these products.

    To avoid any risk over sizing etc. please make sure and contact us in advance of purchasing if you havy any reservations.

  • Store Gift Cards

    Where a gift card is purchased in-store, you will receive a
    physical gift card. Your gift card will be activated immediately and can be
    used to purchase products online or in-stores.

    Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
    Any orders found in breach of this will be cancelled immediately. Additional
    orders purchased using these gift cards will also be cancelled.

    If you have received your gift card and it isn’t working,
    please contact us immediately.

  • Online Gift Cards

    Where a gift card is purchased online a digital gift card
    will be emailed to the email address you used to complete the purchase. We do
    not currently offer a physical gift card for online gift cards.

    This digital gift card consists of a discount code. Anyone
    with this code can avail of the discount so make sure you keep it in a safe
    place.

    This digital gift card can be used online, or in-store.

  • Gift Card Use

    You don’t have to use the full amount on your gift card in one purchase. The order amount will be deducted, and the balance will remain on your gift card to use later.

    You can use the gift card at any time as a form of payment, including during promotions.

    You can use your gift card to partially pay for an order.
    The gift card balance can be charged to the order and the remaining balance can be charged to your credit/debit card.

    Discount code cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

  • Gift Card Delivery

    Where a gift card is purchased online a digital gift card will be emailed to the email address you used to complete the purchase.

    This digital gift card consists of a discount code. Anyone with this code can avail of the discount so make sure you keep it in a safe place!

    We only offer a physical gift card where a gift card is purchased in one of our stores.

  • Do you offer refunds, returns and exchanges?

    We are sorry for inconvenience caused!  

    Please contact us on info@bourkesports.ie and include your name and order number in the subject line. Your order number will either start with either IE or COM.  

  • How do I return my items?

    You can complete a returns form here by clinking the link below.

    On completion of the returns form, a member of our team will be in contact.  

    You can then log into the DPD returns website, fill out the following details; choose a retailer, reference number/order number and the reason for return. Select the size of the parcel you require i.e. small, medium, large.

    Once payment is made, DPD will email you a label and from there you can drop it to your nearest pick-up point.

  • How long does a refund, return and exchange take to process?

    Usually, all items are processed within 7 days of being returned to our warehouse.

  • Refunds when using a Discount Code

    Depending on the discount code used with an order, the code
    may apply only to specific products, or it can be split evenly between items.

    When a refund is processed you will receive the discount
    price as a refund.

  • I still haven't recieved my refund?

    Please contact our customer support team via the link below.

    Note: Refunds can only be made via the same payment method/account used when you placed the order.

  • Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

    All Returns, Refunds and Exchange must be logged within 30 days (14 days for sale items) or recevieing your order.

    Where an item was purchased on clearance a refund may not be issued.

    Please see the below exceptions for returns, refunds and exchanges:

    • All socks must be unworn, unwashed and sealed in their original packaging.
    • Customised and Online Shop items cannot be returned.
    • As hurleys are made from a natural product Bourke Sports can not be liable for the lifespan or replaced of any hurley when it breaks.

    To receive a full refund all items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condirion you received them.

    All items are inspected on return. Any item that is damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition a refund, return or exchange will not be issued.

    Refunds can only be made onto the original paymnet method used to make the order.

    Where a refund needs to actioned where a gift card was used, the refund will be applied back in the form of a gift card.

    Where in item was sold on clearance a return, refund or exchange may not be issued at our discression.

  • Received a Faulty or Damaged item?

    Where you have received a faulty or damaged item we sincerly apologie!

    If you purchased the item from a third-party reseller, we recommend you contact them directly.

    If you purchased the product from the Bourke website or from a Bourke store, please contact us with the following information:

    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Order Number
    • Item Name
    • Photos clearly showing the fault

    Where an item is faulty or damaged, it must be logged within 7 days from your delivery date.

  • How do I return something I purchased at an event?

    Please fill out thisform(Returns form??) and a member of our team will be in contact. The item(s) can be returned to either our Tipperary or Belfast shop. You will need to provide an e-receipt so we can verify your purchase.See here(Returns section) for more information on how to process the return once we have been in contact.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    NEEDS ATTENTION

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any cancellations/changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes: 

    Changing the item or size 

    Delivery/billing address 

    Adding/removing items to your order 

    Shipping method 

    Please fill out this form ( https://wkf.ms/4444bRa ) and a member of our team will be in contact. 

    Enter your order number (e.g. #EU123456) and shipping postal code or email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation, including the # in your order number. 

    Select which item(s) you're returning/exchanging and why. 

    It can take up to 28 days for your order to be returned to our warehouse and be refunded. 

    Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank. 

    Please note if you opt for an exchange, stock is not immediately reserved, and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available when you mail your package. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you. 

    Please also note that the delivery address for exchanges cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order. 

    To make a return, head to the DPD Returns, and follow the steps below;

  • My Discount Code is not working

    Where your discount code is not working, here are some possibilities.

    • All products within the Club and Education section are excluded from all promotions, unless specifically specified.
    • Some discount codes have an expiry date, so it is a good idea to check this out before you checkout.
    • All codes are case sensitive. It is a good idea check all UPPERCASE and lowercase letters. Also, make sure you check the if the code has a “0” or an “O”.

    If you are still experiencing trouble using your discount
    code, please contact us and a member our team will do their best to help you.

     

    Note:

    We are unable to apply a discount to an order that is
    already placed.

    Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Shopify Payments

    Shopify Payments accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American
    Express, Apply Pay, Google Pay, etc. while keeping your payment information
    safe through 3D Secure Checkouts, PCI-compliant servers and payment data
    encryption.

  • Price Changes

    As a retailer, our prices will occasionally change without warning, depending on demand, stock levels and upcoming sales. Where a customer pays for an item which may later be displayed at a lower price, we are not able to refund the difference.

    After a sale ends, the item may return to its original price, in which case, we will not be able to honour the price it was displayed at during the sale.

  • Privacy Policy

    At Bourke Sports we are committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you whilst you visit our site.

  • Information

    Our registration process requires only a valid e-mail address. In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

    1. Informationing regarding your use of the site such as products viewed, pages viewed and location based data.
    2. Information voluntary provided by you when you make a purchase or register your information.
    3. Information you provide when you contact us by any means.

  • Use of Information

    We use the information that we collect to provide a good service to you. This information may be used for the following purposes:

    1. To provide information to you relating to our website, products, events or services.
    2. To provide information to you of other products that may interest you.
    3. To inform you of any upcoming events or promotions.

    We will not disclose your personal information to any third-party unless we are legally required to by law.

    At Bourke Sports, we take the utmost care and attention with your information in accordance with this policy.

    However, as ever step is taken to protect data, where events may accur beyond our remit and control, we cannot guarantee these standards.

  • Website Newsletter

    We notify our mailing list of regular offers, product updates, new products and upcoming events through email to the address the customer provided.

    You decide if you opt in to this list during your subscription or checkout phase. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Order Timelines

  • Minimum Orders

    There is a minimum order of 6 garmets to qualify an order as a bulk order.

  • In-house Production Facilities

    Yes, we have a full in-house embroidery facilities which enables Bourke Sports to turnaround orders within market leading timelines.
