LIMITED EDITION AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE
After receiving an incredible reaction to our white and green 1920 Tipperary Commemorative Jersey, we have decided to launch another modern version of the jersey.
This Tipperary 1920 Jersey is a modern take on the jersey worn by Tipperary, when they played Dublin in a football match on November 21st, 1920. On this day, 31 people died as members of RIC, Auxiliaries and British army opened fire on those attending the game, ensuring the name Bloody Sunday.
Over 80 people were injured and the legacy of those who died is very much still alive today. The greatest tribute came to Michael Hogan, the Tipperary captain on that day, in 1924 when a new stand in Croke Park was named in his honour: The Hogan Stand.
